I'm Angelix as a conservative web essayist. And my another handle is Emmanuel Chanel. On IRC, you can see me as Emmanuel_Chanel. When you see me as Angelix, I cannot read letters with UTF-8 encoding but with iso-2022-jp(JIS) encoding.
