Internal:Hacking days

- Official dates of the hacking days: from monday to thursday. Arrival is possible starting saturday
- Invite the Mediawiki developers (announcement on wikitech, mails etc)
- Participants should (in general) pay for the accomodation if they want to stay in the HdJ (rounded 30 EUROs per night, including meals), entrance is free
- How do we handle this?
